If you are new to yoga or new to Ashtanga, we offer a couple of different ways to get started.
The first option is to attend one of our Mysore classes. You can view our Mysore schedule by clicking here. The Mysore class is designed like a semi-private lesson. You will be guided through sun salutations and maybe some standing poses during your first class. We will also discuss the basics of the Ashtanga method, focusing on breath and movement. We welcome all levels of practitioners, as the practice is customized to the individual. No prior yoga or Ashtanga experience is required to attend.
We offer a 2-week intro to Ashtanga class pass. The cost of this is $45. This includes access to two weeks of morning Mysore.
